Public Offer
This Public Offer defines the terms on which Khalidova Inna Rustamovna (the “Seller”) sells goods remotely through litnes.ru (the “Site”).
The Buyer is any capable individual who places an order on the Site for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to business activity.
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Consent to Personal Data Processing. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives payment confirmation where prepayment is required, or when the order is placed where payment on receipt is available.
The Seller may change the Offer unilaterally. The version in force when the order was placed applies to that order.
The Site contains information about goods, prices, payment methods, delivery methods, and other terms. Product images may differ slightly from actual appearance due to screen settings and other technical factors.
The Buyer must provide accurate contact and delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.
Prices are shown in Russian rubles, include applicable taxes and fees, and are valid at the time of checkout. The Seller is not a VAT payer; VAT is not charged separately. Delivery cost is calculated separately.
Payment may be made online by bank card through connected payment services or by other methods available at checkout. The Seller does not receive or store bank-card details.
Delivery methods and approximate delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery may be carried out by courier services, pickup-point operators, Russian Post, or other available services. Risk of accidental loss passes to the Buyer upon actual delivery.
The Buyer must check the goods upon receipt. Signing delivery documents means there are no claims regarding completeness or visible condition.
Goods of proper quality may be returned before delivery or within seven days after delivery, subject to preservation of marketable condition, consumer properties, packaging, labels, and proof of purchase. Individually defined goods that can be used only by the Buyer are not returnable if they are of proper quality.
If defects are found, the Buyer may request repair, reimbursement of repair costs, price reduction, replacement, or cancellation of the contract and refund in accordance with Russian consumer-protection legislation.
Refunds are made within ten days after the Buyer submits the relevant request, unless another period is established by mandatory law.
The Seller guarantees that goods meet the usual requirements for goods of the relevant type and are transferred free from third-party rights. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, pay for goods on time, accept delivery, and review the Offer and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations in accordance with Russian law. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or care of goods, or for inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.
The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure circumstances that arose after conclusion of the contract and could not reasonably be foreseen or prevented.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Consent to Personal Data Processing published on the Site. Placing an order confirms the Buyer’s agreement with those documents.
Disputes are to be resolved through negotiations where possible. The response period for a Buyer’s claim is ten business days. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved by a competent court in accordance with Russian law, including the Russian Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
