Consent to Personal Data Processing

By using litnes.ru (the “Site”), I, the Site visitor, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, give Khalidova Inna Rustamovna (the “Operator”) consent to process my personal data under the terms of this Consent.

This Consent covers processing of my surname, first name, patronymic where applicable, phone number, email address, delivery address or pickup-point address, order information, payment and delivery method, order date, IP address, device and browser data, cookies, and Site activity data used for analytics.

The Operator may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer, depersonalize, block, delete, and destroy my personal data.

Personal data may be transferred only as required for the stated purposes to payment-system operators, delivery services and pickup-point operators, fiscal-data operators, web-analytics services in anonymized form, and hosting or cloud-service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

Processing may be automated and non-automated. This Consent is valid from the date it is given until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than required for contract performance and mandatory legal retention periods, including accounting-document retention of at least five years where applicable.

I may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator’s email address or postal address. The Operator will stop processing within 30 days after receiving the request, except where further processing is permitted by Russian law without consent.
