Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Khalidova Inna Rustamovna (the “Operator”) processes personal data and protects the privacy of visitors and users of litnes.ru (the “Site”).
The Policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and other applicable Russian personal-data legislation.
The Policy applies to all personal data processed by the Operator, with or without automated tools, in connection with the sale of goods through the Site.
By using the Site, the User agrees to this Policy and to the terms of personal-data processing. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Site.
Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual. Processing means any action with personal data, including collection, recording, storage, updating, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

The Operator processes data of Site visitors, customers who place orders, and people who leave feedback, reviews, or inquiries through Site forms or by email.
Processing purposes include concluding and performing distance retail sale contracts, identifying the customer, arranging delivery, processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, communicating about orders and Site operation, sending promotional information where separate consent has been given, improving Site quality through anonymized analytics, and complying with Russian tax, accounting, and other applicable legal requirements.
The Operator may process the User’s name, phone number, email address, delivery address or pickup-point address, order details, payment information transmitted through certified payment providers, IP address, browser and device data, cookies, Site activity data, and referral source. The Operator does not receive or store bank-card details and does not intentionally process special categories of personal data or biometric data.
Processing is based on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests of the Operator, compliance with applicable law, and other grounds provided by Russian personal-data legislation.
Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and only for specific purposes. Data is stored for the period required to achieve the processing purposes and to comply with legal retention periods. Russian citizens’ personal data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation where required by law.
Personal data may be transferred, only for the stated purposes, to payment-system operators, delivery services and pickup-point operators, fiscal-data operators, web-analytics services such as Yandex.Metrica in anonymized form, hosting and cloud providers, and public authorities where required by Russian law.
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes. Cross-border transfer is not carried out unless it becomes necessary and is performed in accordance with the law.
The Site uses cookies for correct operation, user settings, checkout sessions, and anonymized visit statistics. The User may disable cookies in browser settings, but some Site functions, including cart and checkout, may become unavailable.
The Operator applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including access restriction, secure data transmission, backups, confidentiality obligations, and staff instruction.
The data subject has the right to receive information about processing, request correction, blocking, or deletion of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data, withdraw consent, and appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests may be sent to codevnachale@bk.ru or to the Operator’s postal address with an identity document copy where required.
The Operator may update this Policy unilaterally. The new version takes effect once published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication means acceptance of the updated Policy.
