Delivery and Returns
Available delivery methods are shown on the Site during checkout. Delivery may be carried out by courier services to the address provided by the Buyer, to a pickup point of the selected delivery service, including CDEK, Yandex Delivery, Russian Post, or by other methods available on the Site.
Delivery times depend on the selected method, distance, and other factors. Any delivery times shown on the Site are approximate. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.
Ownership of the goods and the risk of accidental loss or damage pass to the Buyer when the goods are actually handed over to the Buyer or another person specified in the order.
When receiving the goods, the Buyer must check package integrity, completeness, and conformity with the order. Signing delivery documents means there are no claims regarding completeness or external condition.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the Buyer’s fault, including absence at the delivery address or refusal to collect the goods, the Seller may deduct actual delivery costs, including return shipping, from the refunded amount.
The Buyer may refuse goods of proper quality before delivery and within seven days after delivery in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Russian Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. If written information about return terms was not provided at delivery, the return period may be extended to three months.
Goods of proper quality may be returned if their marketable condition, consumer properties, factory packaging, labels, and proof of purchase are preserved. Lack of a receipt does not prevent the Buyer from relying on other proof of purchase.
Goods with individually defined properties that can be used only by the purchasing Buyer are not returnable if they are of proper quality.
When the Buyer refuses goods, the Seller refunds the paid amount, except for the Seller’s cost of returning the goods, no later than ten days after receiving the Buyer’s request. Refunds are made by the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
For a return, the Buyer sends a request by email with the order number, returned item name, reason for return, and refund details. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
If defects not disclosed by the Seller are found, the Buyer may request free repair or reimbursement of repair costs, a proportionate price reduction, replacement with the same or similar goods, or cancellation of the contract and refund.
Claims for defective goods may be made during the warranty or shelf-life period, or within a reasonable period not exceeding two years from delivery if such periods are not established.
Refunds for defective goods are made within ten days after the Buyer submits the request. The Seller may inspect the returned goods and, in case of dispute, arrange an expert examination at the Seller’s expense. The Buyer may challenge the expert conclusion in court.
